The rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to plan your departure by 10.00 am.  

Deposit

Upon receipt of your deposit of 20% of your room rate, your reservation is considered binding.

Cashless payment

We accept EC cards from the countries of origin A, D and NL.
Furthermore, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Trip cancellation

Up to 2 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the contract partner.
Outside the period stipulated in the above, cancellation by unilateral declaration by the Party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:

- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 100% of the total package price.

If the hotel operation or an entry to Austria is not possible due to COVID 19, a free cancellation is possible and the deposit will be refunded.

Even if you do not start the trip without insurance, you will be charged 100% of the trip.
