Hygiene in the room
The daily room cleaning was adapted to the new standards and developed together with our hygiene partner. Our chambermaids work with cleaning agents containing disinfectants. The laundry is washed by a professional company according to the strict hygiene regulations.
Check-in, Check-out
To avoid waiting times, we ask you to send us your registration data electronically before your arrival.
Of course you can pay contactless or transfer the outstanding amount in advance from home. It is also possible to pay the invoice the evening before until 22:00 or during your stay the whole day. Please help us to avoid queues at the reception and to keep the minimum distance if necessary.
Culinary delights
In order to offer our guests the best possible safety and comfort, we have decided to offer our popular half board again. We kindly ask you to wear your mouth-nose protection or to use the disposable gloves and to disinfect your hands at the buffet. Please keep the minimum distance especially in this area.
Wellness
We make sure that you can enjoy our sauna area without any worries. Due to the bath hygiene regulation there are already clear guidelines for cleaning and disinfection cycles. According to studies, corona viruses have no chance due to the high humidity and high temperatures. In addition, the saunas and the steam bath may only be used by a certain number of guests at the same time - while maintaining a defined minimum distance.

If there is a suspected COVID-19 case in the hotel, we have developed a detailed action plan together with our family doctor and the authorities in order to implement the right measures immediately.
Please let us know if you are not feeling well or ill. Our staff at the reception are trained and can help you professionally.
